Prof. Kathryn Sabbeth
We are thrilled to announce that
Prof. Kathryn Sabbeth, who began teaching at UNC Law in 2009, earned tenure this past July. A graduate of the University of Michigan and NYU School of Law, Prof. Sabbeth teaches in the Civil Legal Assistance Clinic. Her scholarship focuses on public interest lawyers, public law litigation, and access to justice. Her work has been published in the U.C. Davis Law Review, the Chicago-Kent Law Review, the Denver University Law Review, the North Carolina Law Review, and the Florida State University Law Review. She recently presented a draft of her current article, "Gideon's Sister," at the ClassCrits Conference at the University of Tennessee School of Law, where it had been selected from a call for paper proposals.
