Professor Barbara Fedders, Faculty Supervisor in the Youth Justice Clinic, has published scholarship (on the ethical duty of lawyers in the juvenile system to understand the issues faced by LGBQ-GNCT youth - their unique vulnerabilities that lead them disproportionately into the system, and the challenges they face once they are adjudicated delinquent.
