An article on Law.com's Legal Technology News cautions that postings on Twitter can be subpoenaed, are legally binding, and are subject to electronic discovery. There are also issues of defamation, invasion of privacy, workplace retaliation, wrongful termination, and compliance with discovery of electronic records.
