The Law Library has bought a new KIC BookEdge Scanner for the fourth floor reading room.
Patrons can scan and edit images in B&W, grayscale, and color in a variety of formats including PDFs, searchable PDFs, TIFFs, PNGs, and JPGs. Files can be saved to a USB flash drive or emailed as an attachment.
This machine is fast! Scan/copy up to 12x17 inch pages with a book-edge scanner that captures deep into the bookfold of books and bound serials.
The scanner is so easy to use that even the most inexperienced users can immediately scan materials and save them on a USB thumb drive in minutes.
