The new Gender Jurisprudence Database makes available hundreds of judgments, decisions, orders and other relevant documents from international criminal courts and tribunals relating to sexual and gender-based violence. The database is freely available on the web. It is a collaborative project between the War Crimes Research Office and the Women and International Law Program at American University's Washington College of Law. The "Search" function allows users to isolate cases and documents based on international tribunal name, name of the accused, or criteria related to nature of the charge.
This is an excellent resource for students and faculty who are doing research related to gender-based crimes in war, as it puts documents from a number of different international tribunals all in one place on the web.
