Today's Tip - Finding presidential materials via the GPO

If you need mobile access to information related to the Presidency, the Government Printing Office has developed a Presidential Docs website that allows you to locate recent materials released by the White House Press Secretary. The site is designed to work on smart phones and tablets and includes a wealth of presidential information, including:

  • Executive Orders
  • Proclamations
  • Addresses and Remarks
  • Communications to Congress and Federal Agencies
  • Appointments and Nominations

Users can search for specific documents or browse by date, category and location.

If you are seeing this, you are either using a non-graphical browser or Netscape 4.x (4.7, 4.8, etc.) and this page appears very plain. If you are using a 4.x version of Netscape, this site is fully functional but lacks styles and optimizations available in other browsers. For full functionality, please upgrade your browser to the latest version of Internet Explorer or Firefox.
