The law library has expanded its collection of documents from U.S. legal history with the addition of The Making of Modern Law: Primary Sources II, 1763-1970. This source provides PDF copies of original historical documents including state and territorial codes, municipal codes, and constitutional convention documents and compilations.

HeinOnline has added a collection of early federal and state case reports. It includes "the entire Federal Cases 30 book series (1894-1897) which contains more than 20,000 cases. Also included is the Trinity Series, which includes American Decisions, American Reports, and American State Reports." Cases range from as early as 1760 to 1912.

Practising Law Institute (PLI), a prolific provider of Continuing Legal Education materials, has been removed from the Westlaw databases (Westlaw Next & Westlaw Classic). While LexisNexis & LexisNexis Academic still have some PLI materials, they no longer include recent PLI treatises. Law students and faculty should instead access PLI publications on Bloomberg Law, using their individual passwords. Patrons should also check the library's online catalog for recent print PLI titles.

The U.S. Government Printing Office has moved its electronic version of the CFR (e-CFR) to a new web address, eCFR.gov. The e-CFR updates regularly with information added from the Federal Register, making it more up-to-date than the print (though e-CFR remains unofficial).
