1 Package Boca Chik'n
Nuggets (vegan) (available at most grocery stores, including Whole Foods)
1 Cup Veganaise (original flavor is best) (bought
mine at Whole Foods)
1/3 Cup Celery (diced or chopped, equal to 1 or 2
1/3 Cup Onion (diced or chopped, yellow or vidalia
Salt (optional, to taste)
Onion Powder (optional, to taste)
Pepper (optional, to taste)
Heat Chik'n Nuggets in microwave for 30 seconds (just enough
to make them slightly soft). Cut nuggets
into small pieces, about 1 cm squared each.
Mix cut Chik'n Nuggets with all ingredients.
Add more or less veganaise, as preferred. Add more or less
celery and onion, as preferred.
Best to chill before eating.
