Ingredients:
1 ¾ pounds small red potatoes, quartered
1 onion, quartered
Olive oil
Dried rosemary, crushed
Garlic, minced
Salt or garlic salt
Preparation Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Combine the potatoes, onion, oil, rosemary, and garlic in the baking pan. Toss to coat. Add salt, as desired.
Bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes or until potatoes are tender and browned.
